Intentlink is built privacy-first: intent matching runs on conversation context, not on identity.

From developers and partners: account, contact, and integration details (agent_id, endpoint configuration, payout information). From conversations: transient, non-identifying intent signals extracted from conversation context at the moment of matching.
2. What We Do Not Collect
Intentlink does not require or store personally identifiable end-user information to perform intent matching. We do not build end-user profiles across sessions or agents.
3. How We Use Data
To match conversational intent to relevant offers, to report clicks and conversions to developers and partners, to operate and secure the Service, and to meet legal and accounting obligations.
4. Sharing & Third Parties
Aggregated, privacy-safe conversion data is shared with the affiliate networks and advertisers whose offers were matched, strictly for attribution and payout purposes. We do not sell personal data.
5. Data Retention
Conversation context used for matching is retained only as long as needed to complete matching and reporting, then discarded or aggregated. Account and payout records are retained as required for legal and tax purposes.
6. International Transfers
Intentlink is operated from Hong Kong and may process data using infrastructure located in other jurisdictions, under appropriate safeguards.
7. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Where applicable law grants you rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, or to opt out of certain processing, contact us and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
