This Publisher Policy applies to every developer who integrates the Intentlink MCP server or REST API into an AI agent (a “Publisher”) and governs how recommendations sourced from the Intentlink network may be surfaced to end users.
1. Who This Applies To
Any Publisher whose agent calls the Intentlink MCP server or REST API and surfaces matched commercial recommendations to end users, directly or through a downstream integration.
2. Disclosure Requirements
Recommendations must be presented as part of the agent's genuine answer, not disguised as independent editorial or organic search results. Where required by local law, Publishers must disclose that recommendations may be commercially compensated.
3. Placement Standards
Recommendations should only surface against a matched, in-context commercial intent. Publishers may not force, pre-fill, or auto-insert recommendations into conversations lacking genuine commercial intent.
4. Prohibited Conduct
Publishers may not: generate synthetic or bot traffic; manipulate users into clicking recommendations; alter tracking parameters or attribution tags; or misrepresent an offer's price, availability, or terms.
5. Content & Brand Safety
Agents integrating Intentlink must not surface recommendations alongside illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise brand-unsafe content. Category and brand allow/deny lists are available in the developer dashboard.
6. Attribution & Reporting
Publishers must preserve Intentlink's tracking parameters unmodified and may not interfere with click or conversion attribution. Reporting is available in real time via the developer dashboard.
7. Payment Terms
Publisher payouts follow the cost-per-sale (CPS) terms confirmed at integration, on the payout cycle and minimum balance stated in the developer dashboard.
8. Suspension & Termination
Intentlink may suspend or terminate a Publisher's access for violating this Policy, with notice where practicable. Repeated or severe violations may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid balances tied to fraudulent activity.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Publisher Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
